- Returns are only accepted for items purchased within 30 days or less of the original purchase date.
- All returned items must:
- Be in unused condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging with all components, accessories, and documentation included.

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
3. Items Outside the 30-Day Window
- For items exceeding the 30-day return period, customers must contact the manufacturer directly for any returns, warranties, or related issues.
- CPC Performance will not process returns or warranties for items beyond this timeframe.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
- CPC Performance does not guarantee a full refund of the item's price. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval based on the returned item’s condition.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to your original payment method.
6. Important Notes
- Items that are damaged, missing components, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
- Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
