Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Shipment Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within Puerto Rico and the United States of America. We offer International Shipping to some countries, please contact us before submiting any international order. Certain products may have restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations.
- CPC Performance is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier service disruptions.
Damages
- CPC Performance is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods to expedite the claims process.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- CPC Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address or Failed Deliveries
- Ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. CPC Performance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
